BE AWARE of intensive heat! Heat causes additional stress on the cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Elderly people, infants, as well as representatives of other age groups suffering from chronic diseases are exposed to the risk of health problems! During intense heat, more than usual, people choose to relax by the water, which increases the potential risk of accidents. An overheated person should not walk quickly into cold water!
