IT IS RECOMMENDED TO: avoid using open flames near homes, outbuildings, and fodder storage areas, or on land covered with dry vegetation—especially when located near forests, plantations, or sites posing a high fire risk; restrict operations that create conditions conducive to fire outbreaks, such as the release of volatile substances or excessive overheating; protect containers, tanks, and other vessels holding flammable vapors or liquefied gases under pressure from direct sunlight by storing them in the shade. Due to the precipitation deficit, an extreme risk of vegetation fires persists across most of the territory and is extending to districts in the north and south of the country.
