General Flood Advisory (Final) Under present weather conditions, At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "JOSIE" {HAISHEN} was estimated based on all available data at 1,095 km East of Eastern Visayas (12.9°N, 134.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 80 km/h. It is moving Northwestward at 25 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Northern Luzon. The 12-hour rainfall forecast is Isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. WATERCOURSES NO LONGER TO BE AFFECTED : + **Benguet** - Rivers and its tributaries particularly Upper Bauang. + **Mountain Province** - All rivers and its tributaries + **Ifugao** - All rivers and its tributaries With this development and unless significant rain occurs, this is the final general flood advisory for this event.
