Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Portions of northwest to north central Arkansas have received 1 to 2 inches of rainfall in the past day and will be primed for additional excessive rainfall forecast early Monday morning.
