Waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM... * Until 1245 PM EDT. * At 1143 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 14 nm east of Juno Beach to 18 nm east of Sunny Isles, moving northeast at 40 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... In southern Florida, Glades and Hendry. In southwest Florida, Coastal Collier County, Inland Collier County and Mainland Monroe. * WHEN...Through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Enhanced tropical moisture is expected to pool across South Florida beginning on Tuesday.
