Apalachee Bay or Coastal Waters From Keaton Beach to Ochlockonee River Fl out to 20 Nm... Coastal Waters From Ochlockonee River to Apalachicola FL out to 20 Nm... Waters from Suwannee River to Apalachicola FL from 20 to 60 NM... At 843 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from 11 nm northeast of St. Marks to 9 nm northwest of K Tower to 6 nm east of S Tower, moving west at 30 knots. HAZARD...Wind gusts to nearly 50 knots and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect wind gusts in excess of 34 knots...suddenly higher waves...frequent lightning...and heavy downpours. Make sure all on board are wearing life jackets. Locations impacted include... S Tower, O Tower, Apalachicola, C Tower, St George Island, and K Tower. Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes. Frequent lightning is occurring with these storms. If caught on the open water stay below deck if possible, keep away from ungrounded metal objects.
