It will then rise above flood stage early Monday afternoon to 17.3 feet Tuesday evening. It will fall below flood stage again early Wednesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 17.0 feet. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
