Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers with rainfall rates of 1 to 3 inches per hour are expected on Sunday which may lead to flash flooding in urban and low-lying areas.
