Southern Ohio County in central Kentucky... * Until 1015 PM CDT. * At 946 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Hartford to near Hopkinsville, moving southeast at 60 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Russellville, Hartford, Morgantown, Anderson, Casey, Beaver Dam, Auburn, Adairville, Lewisburg, and Centertown. For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for south central and central Kentucky.

Green River at Woodbury affecting Warren and Butler Counties. Green River at Rochester affecting Butler, Ohio and Muhlenberg Counties. .Heavy rain from the past several days is causing the river to rise. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Green River at Woodbury. * WHEN...Until early Friday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 33.0 feet, Old Ferry River Road in Aberdeen floods. At 36.0 feet, Many parts of Woodbury flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 27.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 24.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 7:00 PM CDT Sunday was 27.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 36.2 feet early Tuesday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Friday morning. - Flood stage is 26.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 36.7 feet on 03/09/1994. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
