High Wind Warning issued May 13 at 7:56PM CDT until May 13 at 11:00PM CDT by NWS New Orleans LA * WHAT...A wake low is developing behind the severe weather. A few wind gusts over 60 mph have already been recorded and this will spread across the warned area over the next few hours. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Louisiana. * WHEN...Until 11 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Watch for falling debris and tree limbs. Use caution if you must drive.

Flood Watch issued May 13 at 1:18PM CDT until May 14 at 6:00AM CDT by NWS New Orleans LA * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Central Tangipahoa, East Baton Rouge, Eastern Ascension, Iberville, Lower Tangipahoa, Northern Livingston, Northern St. Tammany, Southeast St. Tammany, Southern Livingston, Southwestern St. Tammany, West Baton Rouge and Western Ascension and southern Mississippi, including the following areas, Northern Hancock, Northern Harrison, Northern Jackson, Southern Hancock, Southern Harrison and Southern Jackson. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of storms will be moving through the area today through tonight.
