Outer waters from Sandy Hook to Great Egg Inlet NJ from 20 to 60 nm... * Until 815 PM EDT. * At 649 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts were located along a line extending from 10 nm west of Forked River to 14 nm north of Buoy Ge to near Sea Isle City, moving east at 35 knots. HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include...
