Southwestern Guernsey County in east central Ohio... Muskingum County in east central Ohio... Northwestern Noble County in east central Ohio... * Until 930 PM EDT. * At 707 PM EDT, emergency management reported flash flooding across the warned area. Between 2.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. Additional thunderstorms are moving through the area again. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Zanesville, Cambridge, Caldwell, New Concord, Byesville, South Zanesville, North Zanesville, Philo, Pleasant Grove, Pleasant City, Cumberland, Belle Valley, Fultonham, Norwich, Chandlersville, High Hill, Bridgeville, Duncan Falls, Ruraldale and Cannelville. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training thunderstorms today could create swaths of heavy rainfall; areas could experience rainfall totals between 2-4 inches.
