Highway 177 north of Blackwell may be flooded... while Hubbard Road may be impassable southeast of Blackwell. Rural lands are covered by floodwaters ranging up to 2 feet in depth in extreme northeastern Grant and Kay counties. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 26.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet. - Forecast...The Chikaskia River is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 30.5 feet this afternoon. Northern Noble County in northern Oklahoma... * Until 500 AM CDT. * At 154 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
