Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be threatened. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 19.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is cresting and will remain near 19.0 feet through this evening before beginning to fall. Northwestern Ottawa County in northeastern Oklahoma... * Until 645 PM CDT. * At 343 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Radar estimates of up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
