Western Falls County in central Texas... * Until 1230 AM CDT. * At 1000 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain along and west of US-77, including the Cego, Lott, and Rosebud areas. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen, and the expected forecast rainfall rate is up to 3 to 5 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Rosebud, Lott, Golinda, Chilton, Wilson, Travis, Tomlinson Hill, Durango, Westphalia, Cedar Springs, Cego, Mooreville, Barclay, Satin, Pleasant Grove, Terrys Chapel, Belfalls, Wilderville and Highbank. Move to higher ground now if you are in a flood prone or low-lying area. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.

In northeast Texas, Anderson and Leon. In south central Texas, Milam and Robertson. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving thunderstorms may result in widespread rainfall amounts of 2 to 3 inches in a short period of time. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 934 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Localized Flash Flooding is possible in parts of this Advisory, with smaller Flash Flood Warnings issued within this Advisory. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
