Flood Watch issued May 12 at 5:36AM CDT until May 12 at 10:00PM CDT by NWS San Angelo TX * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following counties, Brown, Coleman, Concho, Mason, McCulloch, Runnels and San Saba. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Very heavy rain has occurred in the last ten days across this area and additional showers and thunderstorms are expected to occur today.
