Neches River At Rockland affecting Jasper, Angelina, Polk and Tyler Counties. Neches River Near Neches affecting Houston, Anderson and Cherokee Counties. Neches River Near Diboll affecting Houston, Angelina, Tyler, Trinity and Polk Counties. Neches River Near Alto affecting Houston, Anderson, Cherokee and Trinity Counties. For the Neches River...including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neches River near Diboll. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding will slowly decrease for the next several days. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:15 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:15 AM CDT Saturday was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 13.6 feet Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
