Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to numerous showers and storms have begun to develop and will continue through the evening today. A very moist air mass and slow storm motions will support a risk for heavy rainfall and flash flooding, particularly in urban, poor drainage, and flood prone locations.
