Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 417 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Big Run, Anthony Creek, Barbours Creek, Craig Creek, Cove Branch, Christleys Run, Cove Creek, Cove Run, Back Creek, Blue Spring Run, Bens Run and Brushy Lick.
