HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and suddenly higher waves. * Locations impacted include... Windmill Point, Lower Bernard Island, Rappahannock Range Light, Rappahannock Light, Nandua Pungoteague Reef, Crisfield, Irvington, Urbanna Inlet, Tangier Island, Anglers Reef, Smith Point, Stingray Point, Onancock Inlet, Occohannock Reef, Watts Island, Longs Creek Inlet, White Stone Bridge, San Marcos Wreck, and Northern Neck Reef. Heights), Eastern Hanover, Eastern Henrico, Eastern Louisa, Fluvanna, Goochland, Powhatan, Prince Edward, Western Chesterfield, Western Hanover, Western Henrico (Including the City of Richmond) and Western Louisa. In east central Virginia, Charles City, Eastern Essex, Eastern King William, Eastern King and Queen, New Kent, Richmond, Western King William and Western King and Queen. In southeast Virginia, Gloucester. * WHEN...Until 445 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 146 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
