Cedar River near Conesville affecting Louisa and Muscatine Counties. * WHAT...Flooding is possible. * WHERE...Cedar River at Cedar Rapids. * WHEN...From late Monday night to Thursday, July 09. * IMPACTS...At 13.5 feet, Water affects the lowest sections of Palo. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 5.0 feet. - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached early Tuesday morning based on the latest forecast information. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. If you are in the watch area, remain alert to possible flooding. Residents and those with interests near the river should monitor rising water levels and be prepared for possible flood warnings.
