Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wapsipinicon River near Anamosa Shaw Rd. * WHEN...Until early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Moderate Flood Stage. Multiple village and township roads are closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:15 AM CDT Monday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Recent Activity...The river will begin rising again later today. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.7 feet Wednesday evening.
