Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Hancock, Lee, Des Moines and Henderson Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Burlington. * WHEN...From late Tuesday night until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 17.5 feet, Water affects Riverview Drive in Riverview Park in Fort Madison. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 14.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Wednesday morning and continue rising to 17.3 feet Sunday, June 30.
