Cedar River at Cedar Bluff affecting Johnson, Muscatine and Cedar Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Cedar River near Conesville. * WHEN...Until Saturday, June 01. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water affects Saulsbury Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 13.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.9 feet Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday, June 01. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
