West Nishnabotna River At Randolph affecting Mills and Fremont Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...West Nishnabotna River at Randolph. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, County road J18 (120th Street) west of Randolph begins to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 8.3 feet...or 10.7 feet below flood stage. - Bankfull stage is 19.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 23.5 feet early tomorrow afternoon.
