Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 1.5 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Widespread heavy rain is expected Friday evening through Friday night. Storm total rainfall may reach 2 to 4 inches in many locations with potential for higher amounts.
