Little Sioux River near Milford affecting Dickinson County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Sioux River at Spencer. * WHEN...From this morning to early Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...At 10.0 feet, The floodplain and some of the walking trails within Spencer city park are flooded. Some rural agricultural areas also begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 10.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 5:00 AM CDT Monday was 10.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 10.7 feet tomorrow morning.
