Special Weather Statement issued July 18 at 4:03AM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND Warmer temperatures and relative humidity values dropping to around 40 percent, combined with very dry fuels in forested areas, will lead to near critical fire weather conditions this afternoon through early evening.
