Flood Advisory issued June 23 at 2:05AM EDT until June 23 at 2:15AM EDT by NWS Upton NY The Flood Advisory will expire at 215 AM EDT early this morning for portions of northeast New Jersey, including the following areas, Bergen, Essex and Passaic and southeast New York, including the following areas, Bronx, Nassau, New York (Manhattan), Queens and Westchester. The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
