Flash Flood Warning issued July 8 at 4:59PM CDT until July 8 at 7:15PM CDT by NWS Green Bay WI At 459 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Green Bay, Bellevue Town, Oneida, De Pere, Ashwaubenon, Bellevue, Allouez, Ledgeview, Hobart, Humboldt, Glenmore, Langes Corners, Poland and Little Rapids. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.

Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 403 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
