In east central Wisconsin, Calumet, Manitowoc and Winnebago. In northeast Wisconsin, Brown, Kewaunee, Outagamie, Shawano and Waupaca. * WHEN...Until 10 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Another complex of thunderstorms will move across the area late this afternoon and evening, bringing another round of heavy rain to the area.
