An Air Quality Action Day means that Ground Level Ozone within the region may approach or exceed unhealthy standards. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Jewett City, Norwich, New London, Colchester, Groton, Salem, Mystic, Waterford, East Lyme, Ledyard, Griswold, East Haddam, Lebanon, Preston, and Lisbon. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
