For the second Red Flag Warning, from 10 AM to 10 PM MDT Sunday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Monday morning through Tuesday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 12 percent. * IMPACTS...Fires will catch and spread quickly.
