Low-water crossings may be flooded. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Repeated rounds of showers and thunderstorms with rainfall rates in excess of 1 inch per hour may lead to rapid runoff and flash flooding.
