In northeast New Mexico, Northeast Highlands. * WHEN...From Thursday morning through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Moderate to occasional heavy downpours from showers and storms on Thursday will result in rainfall amounts between 0.25-0.50", with spotty higher totals near 1".
