Flood Watch issued July 25 at 5:03PM MDT until July 25 at 9:00PM MDT by NWS Albuquerque NM * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of western New Mexico, including the West Central and Southwest Mountains. * WHEN...Until 9 PM MDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms will be capable of producing rainfall rates in excess of 2 inches per hour through early this evening. This activity will move erratically north and west with repeated rounds of heavy rainfall possible through this evening. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
