Tree limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest winds will occur below canyons opening into the Rio Grande Valley from the east. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
