In northwest Wyoming, Absaroka Mountains and Cody Foothills. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving showers and thunderstorms and abnormally high moisture in the air can bring locally heavy rainfall on already saturated grounds that could lead to flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
