Winds gusting as high as 60 mph will create whiteout conditions. * WHERE...Yukon Delta Coast. * WHEN...Until 4 AM AKDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Visibility will be very poor and snow will accumulate into drifts. Whiteout conditions should be expected. Travel and outdoor activities will be difficult. A Blizzard Warning means severe winter weather conditions are expected or occurring. Falling and blowing snow with strong winds and poor visibilities are likely. This will lead to whiteout conditions, making travel extremely difficult.
