yellow warning - severe thunderstorm - in effect At 4:32 p.m. CDT, Environment Canada meteorologists are tracking a severe thunderstorm capable of producing heavy rain. The area of thunderstorms is located east of Kenora to just west of Vermilion Bay. Motion: Moving slowly to the east Hazards: Rain: very heavy (50 - 100 mm) Locations affected: Eagle-Dogtooth Provincial Park Winnange Lake Provincial Park Teggau Lake ### Severe thunderstorm warnings are issued when imminent or occurring thunderstorms are expected to produce damaging hail, wind or rain. Emergency Management Ontario recommends that you take cover immediately if threatening weather approaches.
