An additional 5 to 10 mm can be expected by Saturday morning allowing for rainfall to reach close to 30 mm. As the ground remains frozen and unable to absorb water effectively, periods of heavier rainfall may result in localized flooding and washouts. ### Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas.
