yellow warning - rainfall - in effect Heavy rain is occurring. Rain will continue today into Saturday. Over 30 mm of rain have fallen since Wednesday evening. An additional 10 to 15 mm is expected by Saturday morning resulting in total amounts of over 40 mm. As the ground remains frozen and unable to absorb water effectively, periods of heavier rainfall may result in localized flooding and washouts. ### Water will likely pool on roads and in low-lying areas.
