Sauk County in south central Wisconsin... * Until 530 PM CDT. * At 424 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Richland Center to 8 miles east of Muscoda, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Baraboo, Reedsburg, Prairie Du Sac, Sauk City, Lake Wisconsin, Mazomanie, Spring Green, West Baraboo, Black Earth, Arena, Plain, Bluffview, North Freedom, Avoca, Orion, Merrimac, Rock Springs, Clyde, Loganville, and Lime Ridge. People attending Shoe Box should seek safe shelter immediately! Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms.
