Mississippi River at Rock Island LD15 affecting Muscatine, Rock Island and Scott Counties. Mississippi River at Burlington affecting Lee, Henderson, Hancock and Des Moines Counties. Mississippi River at New Boston LD17 affecting Louisa and Mercer Counties. Mississippi River at Camanche affecting Whiteside, Clinton, Rock Island and Scott Counties. Mississippi River at Keithsburg affecting Louisa, Mercer, Henderson and Des Moines Counties. Mississippi River at Dubuque LD11 affecting Dubuque and Jo Daviess Counties. Water also affects Credit Island Lane and Moline's River Drive in the 4700 block. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...Flood stage may be reached Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. If you are in the watch area, remain alert to possible flooding. Residents and those with interests near the river should monitor rising water levels and be prepared for possible flood warnings. Heat Advisory issued June 22 at 2:55AM CDT until June 22 at 7:00PM CDT by NWS Quad Cities IA IL * WHAT...Peak heat indices between 95 to around 100 degrees. * WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Illinois, east central and southeast Iowa, and northeast Missouri. * WHEN...From noon today to 7 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
