Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following low water crossings... Clear Creek at Rebel Road and West Fork Pryor Creek at Blair Road. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
