Perkins Bridge Weather Warnings
Severe frosts with temperatures down to -4 degrees which can cause significant crop damage are forecast for Wednesday morning in parts of the Northern Country, North Central, North East and Central forecast districts. Frost Warning Temperatures at ground level can be many degrees lower than those recorded by standard weather stations, especially in calm conditions with very clear skies.

Sheep graziers are warned that cold temperatures and southeasterly winds are expected during Wednesday morning and evening. Areas likely to be affected include parts of the North East forecast district. There is a risk of losses of lambs and sheep exposed to these conditions.
